The mancave is a local structure of legend among a very small population. It's probably 15 feet square, but its interior is positively redolent with the mixed ambrosiac aroma of gunpowder, leather, and sweat. It's a mancave. There's just no other word.

Well, not really! It's a work building, so it's ... I was going to say "reasonably clean," but if it were, it wouldn't be a mancave, would it? Still, the underlying scent is stuff like Brasso, burnt powder as well as fresh, sweaty wool, parchment....
